Terms of Service

The service. We generate AI headshots and video intros from photos you upload. AI output varies with input quality and inherent model behavior; we do not guarantee any specific image, only the remedies in our Refund Policy.

Eligibility and your content. You must be 18 or older. You confirm the photos you upload depict you, or a person who has given you explicit consent, and that you have the right to use them. Uploading photos of minors or of any person without consent is prohibited and grounds for account termination.

Ownership. You own your uploads and the generated results, with full commercial rights. We claim no ownership over either.

Acceptable use. No unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, or impersonation use. Generated images may not be presented as unedited photographs where doing so is prohibited (for example, some identification documents).

Credits. Credits are consumed per batch. One-time pack credits do not expire. Subscription credits refresh monthly and do not roll over.

Refunds. Governed by our Refund Policy, including the 14-day Profile-Worthy Guarantee.

Liability. The service is provided as is. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid in the previous 12 months.
