Privacy Policy

What we collect. Your email (login and delivery), the selfies you upload, generated outputs, and payment records processed by Stripe. We never see or store card numbers.

How photos are used. Uploaded selfies are used solely to generate your headshots and video intros. They are never used to train AI models, never shared beyond our generation processor, and never sold.

Retention. Uploaded selfies are automatically deleted 7 days after upload. Generated headshots stay in your account until you delete them or your account is closed.

Security. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Row-level security means only your account can access your photos and results.

Your rights. Email support@getperfectheadshot.com to export or permanently delete all your data at any time.
