Refund Policy

The Profile-Worthy Guarantee. If your batch does not include a single headshot you would use on your professional profile, you qualify for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not downloaded any images from the order.

Free re-run first. Every batch includes one free re-run with adjusted settings. Most quality concerns are resolved by a re-run, and requesting one does not affect your guarantee.

Quality or technical issues. If results are affected by a technical fault or clear quality problems, contact us within 14 days. After reviewing the order we may offer a partial or full refund at our discretion, including for downloaded orders.

Change of mind. Refund requests unrelated to quality or technical issues are assessed case by case and granted at our discretion.

Subscriptions. Cancel anytime from your account; access continues to the end of the paid period. The first month is covered by the guarantee above.
